When I first heard about the possibility to have counselling sessions last year, I was happy to find out about it.
Thanks to Nikki (Nikki Counselling, n.d.), I learnt about emotional regulation, self-care, self-esteem and anger management.
I was not expecting anything measure to happen when I logged onto my Zoom account to connect with the group. Surprisingly, I felt that it was the right place for me. My privacy was protected as well as my other boundaries which gave me peace of mind, really !!!
Finally, Nikki’s gentleness and professionalism was impeccable. I am keen to take part in more sessions and encourage anyone who needs to contact Nikki.
